Why a Peachland private tour starts in Kelowna

A Peachland private tour is a driver-guide day for your own group of up to five. Peachland sits about 25 km south of Kelowna on the west shore of Okanagan Lake, and all three tours below collect you in Kelowna and run for eight hours.

That matters most on a wine day and on a long lake drive with Summerland at the far end. The price covers the whole vehicle, not each seat, so the arithmetic below divides it by your party size. Prices are starting prices from November 2026.

Lake, Peachland and Summerland

This is the longest stretch of shoreline of the three. You are collected in Kelowna and driven along Okanagan Lake with Peachland on the route and Summerland as the southern end. The stops are flexible landscape stops, so a couple that wants the lake views can linger, and a family with children can keep stops short. Water is on board.

Meals and beach rental are not part of the price, and optional tasting fees are extra. It suits first-time visitors who want to understand how the lake, the orchards and the small towns fit together in one day.

Winery and lake view day

The winery day swaps the southern run for vineyards and lake views around Kelowna. A driver-guide takes you between vineyard and lake stops in a private vehicle, with water on board. Because you are not driving, everyone in the group can enjoy the wine hills. Meals and tips are extra.

Myra Canyon trestles

The third day heads for Myra Canyon with photo stops and an easy walk along the way, accompanied by your guide. Bike rental is not included, so this is a scenic day rather than a cycling day. Meals are extra. It is the lowest-priced of the three.

What each person pays

The lake tour and the winery day both cost $712 for the group. Two people pay $356 each, three pay about $237 each, four pay $178 each and five pay $142.40 each. The Myra Canyon day costs $569 for the group: $284.50 each for two, about $189.67 each for three, $142.25 each for four and $113.80 each for five.

At five people the Myra Canyon day works out at about the price of one seat on a four-hour guided wine tour, which starts at $113 per person with hotel pickup. A shared wine day with a flexible length starts at $99 per person.

Private or small group

For two people who mainly want tastings, a shared wine tour is cheaper: two seats on the $113 half-day tour come to $226, against $712 for a private winery day. Our guide to Okanagan wine tours compares the shared options. For a single relaxed lake outing, a 90-minute cruise on a classic wooden boat costs $47 per person.
